How do you shuffle versions and set the grading scale?
Every exam is tuned inside Papeez: shuffling at four levels (choices, questions, exercises, sections), nominative or anonymous answer grid, scale out of 20 or any other, reward and penalty points, configurable success levels. The layout and the number of answer boxes can be customised too.

How do you load your roster and send invitations?
You import the participant list from Excel, from your LMS or ERP, or through the API. Convocations and invitations go out by email from Papeez, and participants are organised by groups or rooms. Automations run through n8n or Make when you need them.

Papeez generates papers ready for the print room: identical or unique copies per participant, blank or corrected version, batch printing and packets by room. Every copy carries a unique barcode, which identifies it at scan time whatever the room it came from.
